Preamble: Ventact South is an annual activity camp open to the Senior Sections of Scouting and Guiding. The event is organised by the Ventact South Subcommittee who are appointed yearly by the Joint Committee of Scouts and Guides in Cork.
The applicable booking fee must be paid in full in order to secure any booking. By completing this form you are committing to pay in full the Ventact South Activity Fee applicable to you.
Participant Fees for the activity are €45 before the 12th of July 2019 and €55 afterwards per person. Staff Fee is €20 per person and Leader (with no activities) is €15 per person.
All bookings are online via the Ventact South Website. Payment can be made online via Paypal or off line by cheque/postal order. All cheques/postal orders should be made payable to “Ventact South” Groups have 10 working days to post their payment to the booking address. Bookings which are not accompanied with full payment after 10 working days may be cancelled.
All receipts will be issued electronically along with a bookings confirmation message.
Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis. The organising committee will shut all bookings when the event capacity is reached.
Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable prior to the event. All requests for refunds must be sent to email@example.com with the reason for the booking cancelation. Full or Partial Refunds are only issued after the event and only on the condition that there is a financial surplus after all debts have been paid.
All bookings correspondence will be via email, please insure the email entered when booking is correct, also please insure that you enter a valid phone number.
All members (youth and adult) must be registered members and in good standing within one of the following organisations Scouting Ireland, Irish Girl Guides, Catholic Guides of Ireland or a registered organisation within WOSM or WAGGS if you are an international visitor. By completing this form you are agreeing to abide by the best practice of your organisation.
All members over the age of 18 on the date that Ventact begins must comply with their organisations Garda Vetting policy and Relevant Child Safeguarding Training must be completed as per their organisation policy. Anyone who purchases a ticket for Ventact but fails to meet these conditions will not be allowed to attend Ventact. Names and Date of Births are required to allow for cross checking that you are in good standing within your organisation.
By completing this booking form you are agreeing to follow the directions of the Ventact South Organising Team/Staff Members and also to abide the events rules which are published on the website (see link http://www.ventact.org/?page_id=73)
Leaders are responsible for their participants for the duration of the weekend, Ventact South will accept no responsibility for any personal property etc.
Ventact South Reserves the right to refuse a booking.
